This July, Friendship Lamps brought connection a little closer to home with a special social pop-up event in Wichita, Kansas—the city where our story began.

Hosted in partnership with Evie and Alec Boutique, the event brought together local businesses, influencers, creators, and community members for an afternoon centered around friendship, collaboration, and staying connected.

A Community Event Built Around Connection

Friendship Lamps have always been about helping people feel close, even when they’re miles apart. This event gave us the opportunity to celebrate that mission in person while building new relationships within our hometown community.

Guests were able to see different Friendship Lamp styles, learn how they work, meet other Wichita creatives, and spend time connecting with the people and businesses involved.

Invited influencers also received PR bags featuring the Friendship Lamp sets they selected, along with goodies from Specs, Eyewear Junkies, Evie and Alec, and other participating brands.

Celebrating the Community Where It All Started

Bringing Friendship Lamps together with Wichita businesses and creators made the event especially meaningful. It was a chance to introduce more people to the brand, support local partnerships, and celebrate the community that helped shape our story.

This pop-up was only the beginning. We’re looking forward to creating more opportunities to gather, collaborate, and share the Friendship Lamps story with communities near and far.
