My Best friend bought these for Her and Her Sisters that live a few hrs away and for for Me and another friend She suddenly passed away Nov 24th…but She absolutely loved all of us touching them but now that she’s in Heaven Her sister and us friends can still stay in touch and one of her sisters daughter bought one also!!!!..So we love to see each lamps light up!!!💜💛💙🩷♥️
Lamp stopped working and figured it had to be the bridge connection. So I purchased a new bridge connection and now my friendship lamp works again!

Our Wyoming family got a new internet service and their lamp would not work. Your lamp family tried everything to help get it working but couldn’t make it connect. Finally your lamp family suggested getting bridge kit for $20 and zowie it works!! Thank you for all your help!! We love our lamps! Shared by grandparents, kids and grandkids!💕

The bridge restored my lamp and as a result I am able to keep in “touch” with my out of state siblings! Kelley was an expert customer service representative and talked me through the process of resetting the lamp! THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! 🙏😊
Took me a while to get it figured out. Several phone tag calls. All in all, a great customer service experience and I love the lamp along with my three children having one. I’m in TN, they are all in PA.
Having the lamps keeps me feeling close to family my family members. I love seeing both my lamps light up and getting to light them up when they are off :)
When I moved I couldn't get my lamp to connect to my wifi. After taking all steps to make it work , the representative suggested a bridge. It arrived in about 3 days, and I called, a representative talked me through the steps and my lamp works perfectly. I love my lamp and so do 3 other family members that are in my group

Thank you for checking in, the new bridge didn't fix my light. Connection kept going out. Turns out it was the modem. Got the replacement hooked up today. And my bridge and light works. Me and my group are happy. Thank you for your assistance.
My friendship lamp keeps me close to my daughter who doesn't live nearby & we txt when we might be going out but by touching the lamp, it tells each of us when we're back home. We touch the lamp in the morning so we know when each of us is up & all during the day whenever we walk by it. I have literally become addicted to my lamp.
