Love my lamp. My 5yr old is always on top of making sure he lights it up. My mom is on the other end. We’ve had it for a few years now and just recently burnt out. I was so heartbroken. Living in a different town and hardly ever getting to see my mom. This is something that really does mean a lot to me. Customer service was excellent, so sweet and really did try to fix it on his end. Only to find out it burnt out. So they offered a replacement!! Truly blessed. Thank you for helping creating lifelong memories and making things smooth.
We own three now and we’re about to add more. From my mother with dementia on the west coast, my daughter who just started college in the Midwest, and my grandbabies on the east coast, it’s helping four generations of our family stay connected across the country. We love it!
This was a replacement lamp for one that was not working properly. We love our lamps. It was missed while it was out of service. We were able to see when our people touched their lamps, but we were not able to turn the lamp to our color. Things are back and they are so happy to see their lights turn our color again.
My Best friend bought these for Her and Her Sisters that live a few hrs away and for for Me and another friend She suddenly passed away Nov 24th…but She absolutely loved all of us touching them but now that she’s in Heaven Her sister and us friends can still stay in touch and one of her sisters daughter bought one also!!!!..So we love to see each lamps light up!!!💜💛💙🩷♥️

I’m in a family group of 8 people from 3 different states and it is nice to connect with everyone on a daily basis. When my old lamp wasn’t working, I couldn’t believe how disconnected I felt but your company came through with a replacement lamp and I was able to reconnect with everyone! I received several messages and emails with how to troubleshoot the issue but when nothing worked, a replacement lamp was sent. Thank you!

You all were very responsive when my 1st lamp stopped working. I was so sad, because my best friend and I use it throughout the day. You quickly got me a replacement and now my best friend and I purple (my color) and blue (her color), each other all day.
Love my lamps so much. I have a friend that lives in a different time zone, but it is so nice to see that she is thinking of me, and me of her at different times. That little light brightens my day (actually several times a day)!
