Bridge Kit

I needed this adapter to work with my upgraded internet speed. I spoke to a wonderful woman Kelley who was soooo patient with me. I was frustrated because I did not understand why my lamp was not working. Kelley sent me this item and it was easy to set up and voila it now works. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service experience I received. This is a wonderful company to deal with. Thank you Kelley!

We were having a little trouble keeping our friendship lamp online. It wasn’t the lamp, as the company was generous enough to switch it out immediately when we thought it was the lamp. The second lamp did the same. We moved it closer to our router, it just is something within the house that was causing it. We received the bridge and we have been online ever since!!!! So excited!!! Now we keep in touch with our 3 additional families that have it! We LOVE being in touch this way!

Don't know if lamp works or not. Can't get an agent to call me back. Been trying to get connected for 3 hours. Can't someone please call me????

The Bridge Kit for my Friendship Lamp was very easy to install ("plugging stuff in" is really all I did). And it worked without any other problem to fix.

The lamp is awesome and definitely brings a smile when your friend sends you a hello!

The first lamp would not connect to the internet after all we could do. The second lamp also would not connect to the internet. So, a bridge was sent, and it connected immediately. Thank you. The lamp is fantastic!

I was having trouble connecting with my group but, this seems to have made it possible.

I had trouble connecting my lamp, one call was all it took to diagnose my problem. Customer service sent out a bridge connector and it was easy to hook up and my lamp worked within a couple of minutes . My grandkids and I are so happy to be able to "say hi" with our Friendship lamps!

We have 2 lamps. One is the traditional design, the other is the modern design. We were having trouble with the lamps disconnecting from our Wi-Fi. The help/ support team responded quickly and together we tried different ways to resolve the issue. Eventually we decided to try a new filimin bridge and presto! Our lamps are working fine! Every morning I say hello to my dear friend in Seattle, then a good morning to my grandchildren in Pendleton, Oregon. Just love having that connection. It says I’m thinking of you and they can respond “ right back at you” ❤️ This is a great company with lots of very neat products.

I was having some issues with the lamp not staying connected to the router. This bridge helped stabilize the connection.

My grandfather received his bridge but is waiting for me to visit him in Colorado for Thanksgiving to set it up for him. We can leave a review then (after Nov 24th).

The bridge makes it much easier to use the lamp. Without it, transferring the lamp between different wfif networks can be an absolute nightmare. The software and phone app to configure the wifi on the lamps is not good, it is actually pretty terrible. I have worked in the IT industry including wifi and networking for over 20 years. The wifi software for the lamps is not good. The bridge so far has been excellent, bypassing the need to configure the wifi on the lamps.

My beautiful friendship lamps did not work when I first got them. After talking with the company, they sent me a bridge kit and everything works wonderful now!

My bridge kit was so easy! I plugged it in and my lamp came on. Nothing to it! So happy and for an old gal, that's a good thing! Thank you so much!

I have never taken the time to post a review before. I feel the need to do so on this purchase. My daughter left her wifi kit plugged into her dorm room when she moved another 3 hours away. I emailed Friendship Lamps for a replacement and it was here in a week and a half. Very responsive. Will purchase from them again.

Took me a while to get it figured out. Several phone tag calls. All in all, a great customer service experience and I love the lamp along with my three children having one. I’m in TN, they are all in PA.

Having the lamps keeps me feeling close to family my family members. I love seeing both my lamps light up and getting to light them up when they are off :)

I was very satisfied with what they sent me so that I could get my friendship lamp working again and the lady that waited on me was so patient and so sweet. I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing and thank you for all your help and I did get my light working again.

Friendship Lamps are great! After 3 years, I needed a bridge - ordered and received it in a few days and it worked right off the bat.

When I moved I couldn't get my lamp to connect to my wifi. After taking all steps to make it work , the representative suggested a bridge. It arrived in about 3 days, and I called, a representative talked me through the steps and my lamp works perfectly. I love my lamp and so do 3 other family members that are in my group

I had done away with my bridge since it wasn't needed for my wifi. I got new wifi and it turned out I needed the bridge again. It works well. Other than the excess wires (dust collectors) I have no problems with it. The product restored my service and that's what I needed.

I was thrilled to receive my friendship lamp for Christmas! My daughter and grandson have the partner lamp. When my grandson taps the lamp to say hi, my heart smiles and I run to say hi back! It’s great to know they think about you!

We love the lamp, I just do not understand the colors and how they work. Example if you want to send a hug or a kiss or I Love you. Plus it says 250 colors, not seeing g that either. Can you explain.

Well it still dont work I can't get it to hook up to my internet even with the device you gave me so I gave up on it

I was informed, by you support staff, that I needed to replace the device that connects my WIFI to the Friendship Light. But in actuality, I needed to replace the switch box that connects the device to the internet. I could have saved ten dollars.

I simply love my lamp-connection with friends.

We had a lamp for us and one for our daughter for several years now. She lived in Delaware and we lived in Texas. We just loved our little “light communications” with her from afar. We recently moved to Delaware but lost the bridge kit that went with our lamp. When I called customer service to ask about ordering a new one, they were so sweet about helping us replace our kit and it arrived very quickly. Also the price was very reasonable. We also bought a pair of the lamps for our daughter-in-law and our granddaughter and they love theirs as well. I highly recommend these lamps and am delighted that they have such excellent customer service!!!

My son and his family gifted me a Friendship Lamp a couple years ago. I cannot express enough the absolute JOY it brings me when I see my lamp turn colors, knowing they are sending me love from 2,500 miles away! When I recently switched WiFi providers, I ran into a 5G glitch. The customer service has been EXEMPLARY!!! They sent an adapter and I am back online and sending/receiving Love again! I am super grateful for everyone at the company.....what a model for all business platforms!

Has some trouble with my son who is away training with the Army. It unfortunately stopped communicating with his grandfather’s lamp as well as mine (his mom). The customer support was great and the “bridge” the graciously sent him at no charge solved the problem. His grandfather (82 years old) is very grateful that he sees his color light up in his lamp again. Thank you very much!

After a storm, I was able to reset my father's lamp, but not mine. They sent me a bridge kit and now it is working fine.

The port on my bridge broke so I couldn’t hook up to my router. I sent an email and gave my information for a new one and it arrived within the week! I’m so grateful to be back online with my sister across the world!

I am very disappointed in this product! I have been trying since December and still cannot get a connection between the 2 frames that I purchased. Process is extremely confusing and difficult. I have $200 invested in a product that does not provide what is advertised. There is a severe lack of consumer service!
