Sometimes that pesky little WIFI router doesn't want to communicate to the lamp. The Friendship Lamp bridge kit is there for you! This little bridge kit helps you stay connected with family and friends easily. This is not necessary to connect your Friendship Lamp. The best way is to download the Friendship Lamp app and connect your lamp to WIFI through those steps.

We were having a little trouble keeping our friendship lamp online. It wasn’t the lamp, as the company was generous enough to switch it out immediately when we thought it was the lamp. The second lamp did the same. We moved it closer to our router, it just is something within the house that was causing it. We received the bridge and we have been online ever since!!!! So excited!!! Now we keep in touch with our 3 additional families that have it! We LOVE being in touch this way!

We have 2 lamps. One is the traditional design, the other is the modern design.
We were having trouble with the lamps disconnecting from our Wi-Fi.
The help/ support team responded quickly and together we tried different ways to resolve the issue.
Eventually we decided to try a new filimin bridge and presto! Our lamps are working fine!

The bridge makes it much easier to use the lamp. Without it, transferring the lamp between different wfif networks can be an absolute nightmare. The software and phone app to configure the wifi on the lamps is not good, it is actually pretty terrible. I have worked in the IT industry including wifi and networking for over 20 years. The wifi software for the lamps is not good. The bridge so far has been excellent, bypassing the need to configure the wifi on the lamps.

I had done away with my bridge since it wasn't needed for my wifi. I got new wifi and it turned out I needed the bridge again. It works well. Other than the excess wires (dust collectors) I have no problems with it. The product restored my service and that's what I needed.

We had a lamp for us and one for our daughter for several years now. She lived in Delaware and we lived in Texas. We just loved our little “light communications” with her from afar. We recently moved to Delaware but lost the bridge kit that went with our lamp. When I called customer service to ask about ordering a new one, they were so sweet about helping us replace our kit and it arrived very quickly. Also the price was very reasonable. We also bought a pair of the lamps for our daughter-in-law and our granddaughter and they love theirs as well. My son and his family gifted me a Friendship Lamp a couple years ago.
