Do Friendship Lamps come with a warranty?

Do Friendship Lamps come with a warranty?

What should you do if your Friendship Lamp breaks? Hopefully it's never the case, but if you find any of our products not working, we're here to help.

We have a Forever Guarantee!

Yup, forever. If your lamp ever stops working, we'll get you squared away. Now, there are a few limitations. If you were to do something to intentionally damage your Friendship Lamp, that would void your warranty. Do not cut the cord, break the shade off, submerge it in water, or otherwise try to damage your lamp.  If it ever stops working and you didn't smash it against a wall or something, it's covered under our Forever Guarantee!

The first thing you should do if your lamp stops working is contact our customer service. We want nothing more than to get you connected. Most of the time, our awesome agents can get you up and running again without repair or replacement! On occasion, something happens and we need to fix it.

If we do need to fix it, we'll do one of two things. Either we'll try to get your Friendship Lamp back to us so we can repair it, or we'll send you out a new one! whatever the case, we'll pay all the shipping. The only thing you need to do is pack it carefully. Friendship Lamps can scratch or break during transit, so you'll need to be sure its safely packaged in its box.

What if my cute animal chews the cord?

Technically this voids the warranty, but we're just the biggest suckers for cute animals. Contact our customer service and we'll get things taken care of for you. The only charge to you? Send us a picture of the cute little perpetrator! We have a collection of cord-chewer pictures.

What happens if my Friendship Lamps is damaged outside of your Forever Guarantee?

If you do hack off the cord and bathe your Friendship Lamp, we will still fix it for you. Most of the time, if you haven't intentionally damaged your Friendship Lamp, it covered under our Forever Guarantee.

There is an out of warranty fee of $15, and you'll need to send it to us. Always contact Customer Service first! Once you do that, we'll fix it and send it back to you! The only thing you need to worry about is the cost of shipping one way and a $15 fee.
