The Modern Friendship Lamp pairs a clean, minimalist look with a simple way to stay connected. Touch your lamp, and the other online Friendship Lamps in your group glow in the same color—even when they’re different styles or generations.

How It Works
- Plug in the lamp and set it up using the Friendship Lamps app.
- Connect it to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network; 5 GHz networks aren’t supported.
- Add it to a group with the other lamps you want to connect with.
- Touch Modern to send its color to the other online lamps in that group.
Once setup is complete, you can touch the lamp to share a glow without opening the app each time.
Compatibility and Groups
Modern works with other Friendship Lamp styles and generations, so everyone can choose a design they like. Each lamp can belong to one group at a time. Moving it to another group removes it from the first one.
Lamp-to-lamp touches don’t require a subscription for Modern. FriendLi lamps require an active Remote Touch subscription to function. Remote Touch is optional for Modern and adds phone-based touches and other features.
