Shipping Policy Information

To return your product, please email us first to receive an RMA number. Then, you should mail your product to Friendship Lamps, 1309 N. Mosley St., Wichita KS 67214, United States. We cannot accept returns that do not have an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ship our products out within 1-3 business days and then travel time depending on which shipping option you select. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Replacements

If your item is defective, please contact us at support@filimin.com. We will process a return for you and you will not be required to cover the cost of shipping. We also offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our items.
