- Do I need a Remote Touch subscription for my lamp to work? No, the only Friendship Lamp that requires a subscription that requires a subscription is the FriendLi.
- Can I have more than one lamp under my subscription? No, currently, the Remote Touch feature can only be attached to one lamp at a time.
- If I am far away from my lamp will I still be able to send & receive touches? Yes, Remote Touch works whether you are across the room or across the country from your lamp.
- If one person in my group has Remote Touch does everyone in the group have to have it? No, the subscription operates on a lamp-by-lamp basis so each person in the group can choose whether or not they want to subscribe to Remote Touch.
