I love these frames which allow our kids to let their Dad know they are thinking of him, even when they are working. He has Alzheimers and is quite delighted to see the frame color change. The only thing none of us likes is the actual app. We are all struggling to use it effectively. Family group members are not showing on the screen, as they were when first added. No issues actually sending a group touch, but we can ONLY send a group touch because the individual icons are not visible. I will be calling support to see if we can resolve these issues. Otherwise, we all agree "it's a beautiful thing!"

Really like the frames. The only thing we weren’t totally thrilled about was the fact that, although the frame itself is 7.25” x 9.25”, and the glass area is slightly larger than 5” x 7”, it is only designed to hold a 4” x 6” photo. This is because the light comes from behind, essentially forming a “light mat” around the photo, and there’s a 4” x 6” black shield behind the photo to prevent the light from bleeding through the photo. It’s a great effect, but we found the 4” x 6” photo a little small for display purposes. We ended up going with a 4.75” x 6.75” photo. The only hassle was that we had to back the photo with a 4.75” x 6.75” piece of black card stock to prevent light from bleeding through around the 4” x 6” built-in light shield. In the end, though, we were quite pleased with the final product.
