How It Works
Plug in your lamp and set it up using the Friendship Lamps app.
Connect it to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network; 5 GHz Wi-Fi isn’t supported.
Add it to a group with the other lamps you want to connect with.
Touch the lamp to send its color to the other online lamps in that group.
After setup, you can touch the lamp to send a glow without opening the app each time.
Compatibility and Groups
Classic works with other Friendship Lamp models and generations, so your group can mix and match styles. Each lamp can belong to one group at a time. If you move it to another group, it leaves the first one. A touch reaches the other online lamps in its current group.
Classic lamp-to-lamp touches don’t require a subscription. FriendLi lamps do require an active Remote Touch subscription to function. Remote Touch is optional for Classic and adds phone-based touches and other features.

Love my lamp. My 5yr old is always on top of making sure he lights it up. My mom is on the other end. We’ve had it for a few years now and just recently burnt out. I was so heartbroken. Living in a different town and hardly ever getting to see my mom. This is something that really does mean a lot to me. Customer service was excellent, so sweet and really did try to fix it on his end. Only to find out it burnt out. So they offered a replacement!! Truly blessed. Thank you for helping creating lifelong memories and making things smooth.

I bought my sister in North Carolina one and myself one ( I live in MA ). I love this light as my sister and I both said how it makes us feel like we are closer to one another. I always know when I wake up in the morning my light will be shining and when she gets home from work at night I always make sure I put her light on. 💕
My best friend many states away (against my wishes) just set hers up and she said it's constantly lighting up. I told her that I'm obviously thinking about her way more than she's thinking about me. 🤣 I love how connected we are!
I love friendship lamps. I have two lamps, one is for myself, my bonus mom & dad, and my sister and brother in law. And on the second one is for myself and my kids. I love them both. The only thing is..... I have the first one on remote touch and the 2nd one they said I can't have it on remote. I have one account with two groups under it. Which the app put both under one account app.... so, therefore I can't have both under remote.

Bought these for my nephews who live in another state and we absolutely love them! The first week we kept hitting the light over and over and over and it was so fun. The newness has worn off a bit for them (so we are no longer repeatedly hitting the light like some game lol), but I smile every time I see it light up…and my sister has told me the boys get so excited when they see it light up with my color. This is the third lamp I’ve purchased for my best friends. One lives in Canada taking care of her Ill husband and loves to be reminded that she is being thought of. The other I bought for my sister in law when we moved to a different state so she would know she isn’t forgotten. It is such a simple gesture to touch it and light up someone’s world and let them know they are thought of and loved when life is busy and you don’t have time to call. Customer service is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Had an issue with mine where it wouldn’t light up when touched. We couldn’t resolve it over the phone returned it and had a new one with a week. Highly recommend the product and the company

I purchased three lamps for Christmas last year to help keep me and my two adult daughters connected. We were really loving the interaction and feeling of connection for the first five months of this year when my oldest daughter started experiencing some problems with her lamp. She contacted Fill-in and had nothing but kind words for the way you worked with her to resolve the problem. That ended up being a replacement lamp and a shipping label to send the first lamp back to you. She was overjoyed and so am I now that we are connecting through our lamps again! This lamp by far is probably the best gift I have ever received. my sister and I are extremely close but live far apart. She got this as a way for us to stay connected and let each other know when we were missing each other. Fast forward 2 years and we got our mom one. Now when we want to let each other know we are thinking about the other ones, say an I love you or get I’m missing you guys, we touch the lamp. No matter the craziness hat is our daily lives, this lamp reminds us to slow down and remember the important things and usually when the lamp changes color, we are usually pretty quick to follow up with a phone call. Thank you for making such an amazing product and standing behind it. Makes me wish I lived in Kansas so I could come work for such a great company!

My daughter purchased a friendship lamp as a Christmas gift. My two daughters & I have loved communicating with the friendship lamps for years! So lovely to see someone you love is thinking about you. I recently had a "mis-behaving lamp" that would not connect to my wi-fi. I was so sad until Jane from customer service literally jumped through hoops & 2 different lamps were sent out to re-connect me with my daughters. I purchased two lamps - one to be sent to my daughter and grandson, one for me - we live several states away from each other so we don't get to see each other often except by video chatting, which sometimes it's hard to find the time with two busy families! The picture shown is my lamp. It is absolutely stunning! The company already had them preconfigured to be joined together, which was amazing - and the setup was very simple! The lamps are very well made and the colors as they change are just beautiful! My grandson and I touch our lamps every day! That only takes seconds, and makes up for some of the time we can't video chat. These lamps came highly recommended to me by one of my sisters that have several of these lamps in their family as they are also scattered around the country.
