Friendship Lamps© are put through a very intense inspection process. Making sure all parts are properly working, level, pretty, and in perfect condition. It isn't very often but every once and a while we have one that has a tiny scratch or slight blemish to the design. (We've had a talk with the employee in the warehouse that had buttery popcorn for lunch that day). The lamp is in perfect working condition but has tiny imperfections that we noticed while examining under a tiny microscope. These lamps continue to function under our warranty policy and they cannot wait to help you connect with family and friends.

The Classic Friendship Lamp^© is designed with Tiffany print acrylic that is lined with polished black acrylic. Weighted plastic base that is molded allowing for a sturdy structure. You can set a timer on the lamp illumination with default setting being 1.5 hours. You get to choose when the light will diminish in brightness in 30 minutes, 1.5 hours, 8 hours or 24 hours. All you need is Wi-Fi to easily connect.

Returns

To assure you are fully satisfied with your lamp, you have 30 days from the date you purchased it to return it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in new condition, and in the ordinal packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
