I LOVE this friendship lamp! I purchased one for myself (I live in MA), my parents (MA), my sister (OR), and my grandparents (CAD), and it’s such a fun way to say hello and let everyone know we’re thinking of each other. Such a great gift and wonderful customer service. Very highly recommend! 🩵
My BFF has the one lit up Pink. The blue one belongs to me! We are about 1600 miles apart, but try to see each other as often as possible. Recently she has been diagnosed with cancer. We use the lamp to let each other know we are thinking of them. When she gets home after a long day of treatment, she can just touch the lamp, instead of trying to text. What an amazing concept! I actually cried when my sister explained how this already beautiful lamp worked. I moved to Ireland several years ago while my family remains in Idaho. Could not get it to hook up. Customer service never responded. Have now asked for a refund twice without any correspondence.
Does not connect to internet no matter what I do, not the old one (1 yr), not the new one.
Disconnects every day or so and won’t reconnect no matter how long I try. Then just spontaneously reconnects on its own for some unknown reason. Practically worthless.
My new lamp is a replacement for a failed one. Glad to have it - just wish a replacement would have been discounted.

Love the lamps and what a great idea. I set them both up when I received them (not quite as easy as I thought it would be, but I got it done.) I have yet to give the 2nd one to my sister, but anxiously looking forward to it and both of us having our lights on and being able to communicate w/ a love tap :)

We sent one lamp to my dad for his 80th birthday and one to our house. Our 4 year old absolutely loves it.
